Rates & Policies
Prices : May – October : 350 €/day,
max. capacity 4 adults in Villa, 2 adults in Annex,
we recommend to book your stay early, as most of our guests are regular guests..
additional children/babies : individual agreement
Payment Terms: 25 % deposit is required upon confirmation. Balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
90 or more days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation fee
21-90 days prior to arrival : 25% cancellation fee
21 days or less prior to arrival – Non-Show – earlier departures: 100% cancellation fee
